Product Specifications: 100% handmade and crafted to order by our braid artists using the finest synthetic hair. We use premium quality hair and a superior method of stitching our braids to ensure they are secure and long-lasting. We have many happy returning customers who appreciate the quality of our workmanship. Styling Instructions: Super easy to attach in 3 simple steps (see video below): Make a small ponytail at the top of the head. Tie in the braid and let it fall forward over the face. Make a 2nd half ponytail at the ear. Lay the braid back over the hair and secure with pins if required. Hair care: Our attachable & re-usable hair extensions are all handmade and crafted by us with love, care and our trademark attention to detail. They can be used again and again if they are treated with proper care. To ensure they stay looking luscious, please follow our after care instructions. To prolong the life of your hair extensions, please store them separately from each other. Either hang them up or lie them flat when they are not being used to avoid tangles. If you notice stray hairs on the hair extension, you can trim them with scissors. If you have purchased a ponytail extension, you can gently comb it with your fingers or lightly brush it to untangle. Ensure you hold the ponytail by the tie points on the hair band (to avoid pulling the hair) and begin brushing at the bottom, working your way up the hair. Do not use a hair straightener or other heated appliance exceeding 150 degrees Celsius as this will damage the hair. Each set of braids are made to order and may differ slightly from the photos shown. Processing & Delivery All our hair extensions are handmade to order so please allow up to 7 days for processing plus postage time. Parcels are sent by tracked delivery and we charge the postage prices set by the delivery company (we do not profit from postage). All hair extensions are custom made to order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
