Appointment Terms & Conditions
Please arrive promptly for your appointment as I usually have clients back to back and make sure your hair is down, knot free and ready for braiding. I’m afraid that if you turn up with knotty hair we may not have time to complete the style requested, although you will still be charged the full amount for the style you were booked to have. Our appointments do not allow enough time for us to de-knot the hair.
Please also check for head lice, nits and eggs before you attend, unfortunately if I find any, I will be unable to continue and you will be charged the full amount for the style you were booked to have. You will then not be able to book in for at least a week to ensure they have been treated and cleared.

Please Note:​

1. All deposits are non-refundable.
2. For cancellations made with more than a week's notice, we will hold your deposit so that you can redeem it against a future appointment.
3. If the appointment is cancelled within a week of the appointment date, the deposit will be non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. No-shows or cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment, will be charged at full price of the agreed braid style(s). Should the balance not be paid, you will be unable to book any future appointments until the outstanding amount is settled in full.
